A real slow news day
As absolutely nada has happened in the last couple of
days we will do a speed news day here it is..
Birmingham City match..
Ahead of the game against midland giants,
The Arsenal will more than likely be without Dutch Master
Dennis Bergkamp and the Invisible Wall, that is Gilberto,
who of course missed the midweek Champions League game
against Ajax. The only change is likely to be the return
of goal keeping mentalist Jens Lehmann, although Robin
van 'Lord' Persie could get the nod, if not he'll definitely
be on the bench. With so many first teamers out it will
be 'as you were then' for The Arsenal, who again will field
a team of youngsters with the average age of the team being
about 12 years old.
The Brum will feature a few old faces as well as Matthew
Upson, the one The Arsenal let go and kept Pascal Cygan(?),
former youth player Julian Gray and hell raising, car crashing,
drinking driving, lamp post smashing, tag wearing bad boy
Jermaine Pennant are all set to feature against The Arsenal. Flying Ryan off to Leicester
Arsenal starlet and OFTF (One for the Future) Ryan Smith
has been loaned out to Championship side Leicester City
until the end of December. The 18 year old who is highly
regarded by all the top brass at The Arsenal who has been
plagued by injury in the past has been packed off to get
some first team experience at the Walkers Bowl. In one
of his last games for The Arsenal the youngster was actually
sent off, must be Arsenal through and through, which is
nice. good luck Ryan.
Walking in an Arsenal Wunderland
It's
win a t-shirt time again. After the last competition we
thought it would be rude not to give you boys and girls
the chance to win this gem.
Harderthansatan the uber cool t-shirt boys have produced
this new t-shirt in homage to Highbury. All you need to
do is answer this simple question. The new stadium is of
course named The Emirates Stadium, but if it was up to
you - what would you call it? Remember the funnier the
better.
Email us the usual address, you'll find it in 'contact
