Injuries mounting up
ahead of Saints game |
According to the official site, arsenal.com
have announced that key players will be missing for
the home fixture against The Saints who currently
are holding up the Premiership. Sol Campbell is definitely
out, Ashley Cole - Best Left Back in the World™
and keeper Jens 'Mentalist' Lehmann are classed as
'doubts'. With Gael Clichy still out injured the defence
could well have a new look - with Pascal 'Captain'
Cygan possibly making a return to the first team..
anyway read the report here
for the full S.P. |

Much Edu about nothing (Part 2) |
The title we liked
we had to use it twice |
Brazilian Samba star Edu has spoken out about
the inaugural pizza and soup throwing competition
incident at that northern monkey stadium - Old Shiteford..
anyway you can read what he says about it here.
We'd just be repeating it.. but in short - something
happened.. great! |

The game against The Saints - my verdict |
Even with all the key injuries ahead of this clash
The Arsenal should start another winning run. It is
of course a top versus bottom clash and could be a
potential banana skin. However The Saints don't look
like they could score in a brothel with that diving
pikey fat scouse kid or on a night out with that freebasing,
100% Columbian loving, heroin snorting and now football
club-less Adrian Mutu.
I can honestly say I don't see The Arsenal losing
this one. All Gooners know that The Arsenal can play
a lot better than they did against Manure - albeit
without having a bent ref into the bargain would be
a bonus. But if we get the defence right (where all
the key injuries are) I believe this game should be
quite comfortable - but that depends on how The Arsenal
respond to their recent defeat and only having won
once in two games.
But if I was to predict a score, I would say 3-0 and
a return to winning ways, depending on who is fit
to play in defence. The only way I see The Saints
scoring is from set pieces, especially with their
7 foot 8 inches striker Brett Hemorrhoids.
So lets all hope it's a return to winning ways and
we keep that buffer zone of two points (at least)
between us and the Chelski Chavs - because the game
against them on December 12th is going to be very
season defining. |
