Thierry declares he's fit |
King Henry has made public what a bucket load
of women have been saying since he first pulled on
the red & white of The Arsenal - He's Fit!
Now this is very good news for the Gunners going into
the game against Manure and can only mean bad news
for 'Ol' 40% proof nose', especially if King Henry
can turn it on like only he can. There are a few absentees
though - its still a bit touch and go whether Patrick
Vieira will be passed fit for the game. Edu, Pires
and Reyes all suffered knocks against Panathinaikos
and depending what you read - all have some degree
of uncertainty of playing. As we know Gilberto Silva
will definitely be out with his bad back, however
its in midfield we have strength in depth with Flamini
and the wonder boy 'Cesc' amongst others vying for
a starting place, should the aforementioned not be
in the reckoning. |

my verdict |
I must admit with Manure you can never write them
off, however unlike Adrian Mutu (sniff sniff) they
haven't been scoring much lately and with our defence
- its all Jekyll & Hyde. Both teams have out of
this world strikers, the defence is strong, but in
this game I think it will be won in midfield. I believe
Manure, who need the points much more than we do will
be a lot more physical than The Arsenal and will try
and antagonise and get at Jens Lehmann any chance
they get. So without sitting on the fence - I will
go for a 2-1 win to us. If Manure get many set pieces
they will punish us for it.. Bolton & Panathinaikos
have been there, lets hope Saint Wenger has showed
our defence the tapes.
Lets hope the game is talked about for the right reasons...
like the fact we went to that tip they call the 'Theatre
of Dreams' and made it an historic 50 games without
defeat.. or if it does descend into a scrap lets hope
Ralph 'the prizefighter' Lauren tears Old Horseface
a new @sshole.
