'Exclusive' still no real news as it's
Internationals Week.. but guess what is he leaving or
is he staying?
With the majority of The Arsenal
players away for 'Internationals Week' and the other
remaining boys sunning it up on a jolly with Saint
Wenger in Gran Canaria - it's a bit of a slow week.
However we have these 'exclusives':
According to some 'sources' Patrick 'Le Boss' Vieira
will leave in the summer and sign for Inter. You
know, Italia the place he despises because of the
racial abuse he suffered there whilst playing for
AC Milan and said he would never go there to play
for a club. Apparently the I-talians are willing
to offload Emre, Davids, Toldo and a bagful of filthy
lucre into the bargain.
Thierry 'The King' Henry
says he wants to sign for life at The Arsenal. Tel
did say that last week but it's nice to be assured
by his loyalty which isn't always on display in
this day and age of the mercenary millionaire footballer.
Ashley "The
best left back in the world™" Cole
will 'do a Bosman' and walk away from Highbury when
he his contract is up in 2007 (ok so it will be
Ashburton Grove).
José Antonio Reyes has been quiet this week
about his move to Real Madrid - obviously the Spanish
press must be as bored of the story as we are.
Camp Freddie has stated he may quit international
football. He has spoken to DB10 and looked at how
Paul 'Dirrty Manc Ginga Bstad' Scholes' club form
has changed since retiring from the international
scene.
Jeremie Ali-Ali-Dere
has spoken to German Magazine But! about a possible
move to French outfit PSG. The injury prone young
striker who has suffered with 'Jeffers Disease'
for the pass two seasons is seeking to establish
his career. Although it would remain to be seen
if Saint Wenger would be willing to let the young
'un go because as we all know he rates him very
highly.

Saint Wenger hails 'Best player
outside the Premiership' |
That would be ex-Gunner Steve Sidwell.
Englishman and former Arsenal player 'Siddie' came
through the Arsenal ranks winning back to back Youth
FA Cups has been hailed by the man who sold him.
In short Saint Wenger told him back then in 2003
that he wasn't good enough (remembering the likes
of Ljungberg, Pires, Gilberto and a certain Vieira
were ahead of him - so no shame there) but now in
2005 he could well buy him. |

round-up in 60 seconds or less.. |
Thierry Henry is still struggling
with his calf strain after scoring that scorcher
against the Hun in the UEFA Champions League...
Louise Arrogant is still mouthy off about his €3000
fine (that's about £2.50 in real money) for
racist comments, still insisting he isn't a racist.
We await his next comments about not being understood...
'Exclusive' on Sly Sports Nigerian striker Oluwasegun
Abiodun says it would be a dream move to join the
Gunners, he is 'allegedly' attracting interesting
from a shed load of clubs... Birmingham City Jail
bird, liquor drinking, fast car driving and lamp
post smashing bad boy Jermaine Pennant who is eligible
for parole after spending about 2 weeks at her majesty's
pleasure in sunny Milton Keynes looks like he will
be signing a permanent deal with the midlands giants.
Ex-boxer turned footballer turned football manager
Steve Bruce says he wants the bad lad for life,
now that's a punishment - living in Birmingham...
Sebastian Frey has again sent out a 'come and get
me plea' to anyone who's listening and will be playing
in the Champions League next year, so that rules
Liddypool out.... Bobby Pires again has said (again
to anyone that's listening) that his fine for wearing
his sponsors t-shirt rather than his national sponsors
t-shirt for a tv interview is excessive and at £35k.
We must admit that is quite an expensive fashion
statement. Given that Louise Arrogant's £2.50
fine fro racist comments and Lazio mentalist Paulo
Di Canio's £7000 fine for his nazi salute
- it seems UEFA care more for fashion than for racism...
With almost £30m in his back burner Saint
Wenger will be linked to every player and his dog
from now until the summer, so it comes as no surprise
that another starlet is being tracked. Mamadou Niang
who plays for Strasbourg is that said player, apparently
Everton are having a butchers as well.. keep it
locked, more news at 11... |
