On tonight's show... |
The Arsenal sign Traore |
OK Gooners don't groan Wenger hasn't
lost the plot, it's not the hub nicking scouser
of the Liverpool reds, who scores the odd great
own goal but a French kid who plied his trade at
Monaco, one of Saint Wenger's old clubs.
The Traore is Armand Traore, so be sure to see the
red taps and other sites with the impeccable headlines
such as 'Arsenal sweet on Armand' and 'Wenger nuts
for Almand' and other great headlines.
And road up we nicked the 16 year old under the
noses of the French team and they're not too pleased,
however with a brown paper bag being handed over
with the region of £500k sterling (that's
English money, not that Euro tat) that should put
a smile on the Monaco's managers face. |
|
Nothing happens then two come at
once.. |
Hot on the heals of the Traore
signing, Saint Wenger has been at it again this
time signing a keeper. However, hold your horses,
this one is about old enough to play for the Boy
Scouts. Vito Mannone, not be confused with the guy
out of The Soprano's has been added to our swelling
ranks of young 'uns.
The youngster was signed from newly relegated Atalanta,
who also want a bit of 'combo' for training up the
17 year old. Again a figure oh lets call it €500k
has been banded about, so that's about £17.50
which will buy you a nice pasta dish, bon appetite. |

Ali-Ali-Dere now a jock? |
It's official Ali-Ali-Dere is
now a jock, he can be seen in the SPL wearing the
colours of Glasgow Celtic. He will probably also
be seen cracking about 30-40 goals in his season
there such is the 'competition' on the other side
of the fence, where the two teams play each other
about 50 times home and away, blah, blah, blah.. |

Hobb nobs off to Liverpool Reds |
With Saint Wenger buying up every young decent
talent like it was going out of fashion he may of
missed out on a 'one for the future'. Jack Hobbs
who was practically in an Arsenal shirt the tail
end of last week, will instead be seen in Liverpool
colours as The Arsenal and Lincoln City could not
agree on a decent package for club. It's believed
the northern monkeys wanted a sell on fee - the
thieving bstad's. |
|
Tottenham 'nearly' sign Vieri |
Well we have no proof but you can probably bet
your house (and 'er indoors) that Sp*rs supremo
Daniel Levy would of said that. Of course Vieri,
the Italian ex-international and more grumpy than
that one out of Snow white and the Seven dwarfs,
Bashful, has of course signed up for AC Milano.
|
|
Is Hleb a cheeky monkey? |
Not too be unfazed by his film star good looks,
Alexander Hleb (pronounced however you want, we've
heard loads even from a fellow Belarussian. blah
blah blah) has claimed he's a monkey.. er no he
claims he's the missing link. The missing link to
The Arsenal's failure in Europe that is, now Cygan
is worried as his role in the club was thought to
be the missing link. |

|
round-up in 60 seconds or less.. |
Juve are still sniffing around
Patrick Vieira and Bobby Pires, er.. good luck...
José Antonio Reyes has been given an improved
contract to keep him at the club until 2010 according
to his agent... Robinho has apparently agreed terms
with Real Madrid ending any hopes of seeing the
Brazilian star in an Arsenal shirt. Be sure for
this story to take another twist in the coming minutes,
hours, days, weeks... yawn.. The Arsenal's
initial bid for (another) Brazilian Julio Babtista
who plies his trade at Seville believed to be in
the region of £8m has been turned down. It's
all part of the 'game' and it's believed The Arsenal
will flirt some more with the Spanish outfit and
other more cash for 'The Beast'. Stories reportedly
saying David Dein was purely in Spain to top up
his tan are just speculation... that's it, Keep
it locked, more news at 11. |
