The allgoonerdup.com site is back after a month off
in the sun, sea and surf (yeah like I surf!) in Perth, Australia.
I tell you what, think I'd rather be back over there. I
came back to England after a near blanket ban on football
over there - there are some folk over there that love gods
game - but being eight hours ahead meant that getting results
was a right pain in the ass. But that said I think that
was a good thing especially now seeing that the south west
London scum are well clear and the bookies favourite to
take our crown.
Results wise over xmas we couldn't complain as it was nine
points out of a possible 12 - but admittedly the Chelski
scum do not look like losing. I'm not going to be a defeatist
but I reckon the title is theirs. All we can do is win games
and get back on track and just hope the 'performance' against
Bolton (which I have been told is the biggest piece of sh!t
ever seen since Bernard Manning took to the stage) was a
blip.
Anyway yahdah yahdah yahdah. I'm playing catch up after
not seeing any 'proper' football for a month - but Oz was
wicked - but one of the highlights was walking round Hilary's
Bay, bare chest Arsenal shirt tucked over me shorts and
being asked by a little munchkin if I played for The Arsenal
- I'll buy that for a dollar!
Edu set to do one
The Brazilian samba king with the passport more dodgy
than a John Barnes suit is set to leave with Valencia likely
to be his next destination. Edu has confirmed he hasn't
been able to agree new 'personal terms' with The Arsenal.
It will be sad to see him go - but we didn't get to see
the best of him really, so it wont catastrophic, we hope.
Almunia has a pop at the mental German
Old Basil 'Fawlty' has had a go at our mentalist German
keeper Jens Lehmann for not given him any form of support.
The Arsenal custodian has said the pair don't speak off
the pitch - then poked to fingers up and said 'nah nah nah
nah' after swiping the No: 1 jersey.
Pennant shoved off to Brum
Birmingham Bad bwoy Jermaine Pennant enhanced his reputation
even further in the 'how much can I f**k up' stakes by being
arrested for drink driving over the weekend whilst already
serving a ban.. he has promptly been shipped off to the
football mecca of Birmingham for the remainder of the season
on loan. As the young Pennant's contract runs out at the
end of the season he was 'attempting' to secure his football
future with The Arsenal - don't expect to see him ever again
in an Arsenal shirt - unless it's sitting at home watching
old football videos with a can of Tennants thinking 'what
could of been'. He has the talent but is yet another example
of someone who can't handle being a 'PROFESSIONAL' footballer.

Jermaine Pennant's move to Brum has now been put on hold,
even the Brum aren't too sure about taking him on and are
