On today's show
Wenger in keeper shout
The Arsenal coach Arsène
Wenger has given a big shout out
to mentalist keeper Jens Lehmann and believes the mad as
a pack ferrets down a fat Yorkshireman's pants is back to
his best form. Having been dropped last year for the ever
dependable and unflappable Manuel Almunia, the German keeper
has been in fine form this season and not got up to his usual
shenanigans.
Saint Wenger, in this gleaned report commented: "I
feel that Jens is back to his best form now. When his back
is to the wall, he is mentally very strong.
"I never had a question mark about his quality. I
just felt that sometimes he over-worked and lost a bit
of his sharpness. He masters his training better now and
he has been outstanding since the start of the season." Cue
the big man with the funky afro getting up to his usual
tricks and having a right 'mare against Bolton Wanderers
tomorrow!
Road trip
The Arsenal turn their attention to the Premiership once
again after the kids had a run out in mid week against
Reading FC in the Mickey Mouse Cup. It will be all change
and the usual suspects will be lining up against Fat Sam
Allardyce's outfit. As we all know Bolton are something
of a bogey team for The Arsenal, however The Gunners have
had the best of the spoils on the last two occasions, one
being the 1-0 F.A. Cup victory over the northern monkeys
on our way to lifting the famous trophy at Cardiff.
The game once again will bring Bolton's long ball 'are
you Wimbledon in disguise' tactics to the fore and will
no doubt give all the traveling supporters neck ache.
Also it will see short fuse mentalist, drink driving and
serial gobbing bad boy El Hadj Dufus play against The Arsenal
for the first time since that F.A. Cup tie where the player
unsurprisingly got himself sent off for ungentlemanly
conduct or something of the like.
Our friends at the Beeb once again have been kind enough
to supply all the stats for the game. Do yourself a favour
a get yourself over there and be the know all in the pub:

New t-shirt contest next week!
We are pleased to announce another t-shirt contest coming
your way. Our good friends at Harderthansatan have
let us know they have designed a spanking brand new tee
featuring The
Arsenal captain and all round Mr Nice Guy Thierry Henry and
to celebrate this joyous occasion one will be up for grabs.
Check back for the chance to see the tee and how to win
it, which will be the usual malarkey of answering a right
easy question or something of the like, which is nice.
More on those northern monkeys shirt sponsors
Allgoonerdup is runner a 'Who should
be American owned conglomerate Manchester USA Red Sox's
new sponsors. The pick of
the bunch so far is: Joel
Boucher from London, who had us
rolling around with this suggestion:
Delorean
cars... 'Remember
that car from 'Back to the Future?' It was really incredible
when I was little but now its just a pile of sh!t......
much like Manchester Utd now I'd say'.
Good work Gooner

should be the money grabbing and Asian touring Manc's
next sponsor?' Send your answers to: thebloodymancs@allgoonerdup.com

Remember it's just for fun, include your name
with your suggestion to get a mention on the site, would
be rude not to.
As we all know, the money grabbing northern monkeys will
stop at nothing to earn more filthy lucre for their piggy
bank and it's been suggested that instead of the team being
sponsored by a sole company individual players will be
sponsored:
Goonerbabe
Do you know any sexy gooners or simply want to put yourself
forward? Well get sending. Let us know your name,
age, where you're from, your favourite player, your favourite
all-time Arsenal player and your favourite drink and anything
else you want to spill. Not exactly Mastermind is it chaps

Hall of Fame has finally arrived
A bit like a British Rail train, you wait and wait and
suddenly when you've given up all hope it actually turns
up. What the devil are we chatting about? None other than
one of the links we have at allgoonercup.com, the Hall
of Fame section. Have a peak and let us know who you want
added to this section, it would be rude not to: The Arsenal
Leg-ends section.
Round-up in 60 seconds or less...
Spain linkage: The Arsenal have formed
a new “technical partnership” with Spanish
Primera Liga side Celta Vigo. The agreement
with the Spanish side to develop young players is much
the same deal The Arsenal have with Belgium team Beveren
FC and will run for an initial three years... Dennis
the Menace: Dutch
leg-end Dennis Bergkamp admits it will be strange to hang
up his boots after so long in the game. The 36 year old
also 'bigged himself up' by saying Arsenal captain Thierry
Henry is one of the best players to ever grace a football
pitch. The Dutchman in this gleaned report said: "But
now people have the privilege of seeing Thierry, and he's
breaking record after record. I'm so pleased to have played
alongside him." Before cheekily adding "Coming
from me that must mean something because I've played with
a lot of good players."...that's it for now... au
reviour mon amis... Keep it locked.
