Season 2008 (20th Anniversary number of title winning shirt)
Another one off special 'for one season only' from the marketing men (or women) at The Arsenal. How deep to these people think our pockets are? I'm sure no Gooner needs to be reminded what the celebration of this famous blue and yellow number is for. If you do need to be reminded then I'm not sure what you're doing on this site.

Season 2007-08
A white away shirt? You sure? Many a debate has been had about this effort. Such is the reaction this shirt has caused some people wanted to boycott the shop, blockade it and the rest.
Still open to debate whether this shirt is ‘proper’ Arsenal though.

Season 2006 - 07
The new look yellow with a bit of black trim thrown in my good measure. Now sporting the 'Fly Emirates' logo across the front, reportedly worth a ton of cash alongside the naming of the stadium - Ashburton Grove.
The only thing of note about this top really is that it was the one worn when we played Barcelona in the Champions League Final 2006 in Paris, which obviously doesn't harbour pleasant memories, nice top though.

|
Season 2005 - 06
Back to 'mellow yellow'. Got out of the blue and it's yellow so we like it. Obviously some will fork out for yet another one as the 2006/07 season will have the new ‘Fly Emirates’ sponsors on the front, pah!

|
Season 2004 - 05
Again we go back to the blue away kit. However it must be said as much as we don't like blue as our away colour - this blue away top is one of the better ones, but that doesn’t mean Allgoonerdup agrees with future blue numbers. |
|
Season 2003 - 04
Oh hell yeah! yellow where have you been all this time? simple and proper stylish. Simply one of the best ever away tops we have produced, closing on the retro 1970's style top, which is still the favourite. |
|
Season 2002 - 2003
Again boys at Nike, you get it right one season then promptly f*ck it up the following one. Said it before - blue? You sure? Do not pass go, do not collect £200, just ‘do one’ |
|
Season 2000 - 2002
This is by far one of the best away shirts The Arsenal have had and we remained unbeaten into the bargain in this gold number. Nike - Good work fella's. |
|
Season 1999 - 2001
Nike getting into the groove now, very much just the 'away colours' of yellow and blue taking over from the red and white of the home kit but instead of 'Dreamcast' the away kit had the SEGA name blazoned across it, we think they make toasters or something like that. |
|
Season 1997 - 99
Another classic from Nike, finally getting with the programme. Bit of nostalgia, when seeing this shirt we just think Marc Overmars, Old Trafford 14th march 1998...and that nutty Gooner with the curly hair and mad as feck eyes in the stand’s going absolutely ballistic. 'Ave it!! |
|
Season 1996 - 97
Hang about, stop the press, the bods at Nike finally realise that our 'true' away colour is yellow and thank f*ck they got it right this time. |
|
Season 1995 - 96
Nikes' second attempt at our away kit was even worst than their first effort, but once again boys - blue? We're the f*cking reds! And no, having the ‘lightening bolt’ doesn’t distract from this top being well really sh*t. |
|
Season 1994 - 95
Nikes first effort for the away shirt, only one word for this shirt... BLUE?! |
|
Season 1993 - 94
Not sure at all what the designers were thinking on this one, looks like one of the boys has been run over by a heavy duty goods truck, that or a bike ridden by journo Martin Samuels. Back to the drawing board Nike.
|
|
Season 1991 - 93
The old bruised banana shirt, that's what happens when you give Stevie Wonder a crate of Tennants 'Super T' some paper and a box of crayons. Jesus, what were Adidas thinking? One word, NO! |
|
Season 1988 - 1991
Adidas opting for a touch of blue sleeves.. nice job, but anytime I see this one I just think Anfield 26th May 1989... "a good ball by Dixon finding Smith.. for ~Thomas.. charging through the midfield, Thomas.. its all up for grabs now...Thomasssssss" ‘Ave it! |
|
Season 1986 - 88
Adidas take the mantle as kit makers and come out with a mid-eighties classic, simple and stylish, we’re liking this one, very much. |
|
Season 1984 - 85
True to form this eighties number has that nice 'shiny' 'shiny' look.. Mmm suits you sir. Not a bad shirt if you think about the sh*t that did come out of the eighties. |
|
Season 1982 - 84
Ugly (and then some)
What the hell were Umbro thinking when they designed this beast and I use the term 'designed' in the most loosest form possible, one word.. actually two... fecking green?! |
