Roadtrip to t'Bolton

This weekend The Arsenal face bogey team northern monkeys t'Bolton Wanderers after a string of very 'unArsenal' results if the truth be told. The wheels have come off slightly (who am I kidding, the wheels have come off big style in the month of March) however I must admit now that Big Fat Sam Allardyce isn't in charge of the trotters they aren't so much our bogey team if recent results are to go by. Don't get me wrong they still play horrible kick the ball in the air and chase it football as well with a blend of good old fashioned 'robust' English Premier League football i.e. kick your opponent whenever you get the chance, oh and even hang an elbow in there if the ref aint looking. One thing new manager Gary Megson hasn't changed is Bolton's 'style' of football, if you want to call the ball being in the air more than on the deck and players bashing the shit out of you 'style'. Anyhoo I digress, what with Bolton flirting with relegation this is a good time as any for The Arsenal to get back on track and win a game for the first time in nigh on 57 games. Last weekend we all thought a 'test' against one of our rivals in CSKA Chelsea would bring out the best in us, however, dodgy defending as well as a linesman not knowing what the offside rule is put paid to that. Not picking fault in that game or the ref (much) but shouldn't Didier Drogba been sent off for removing his shirt after scoring? He was already on a yellow card but hey I guess the ref couldn't be arsed to raise his hand to his pocket - just an observation not a criticism (much).

Anyhoo, I really am digressing - lets get back on track a bit like our boys need to this weekend. As I was stating before what with t'Bolton flirting with relegation and in the bottom three, The Arsenal need to put them to the sword and unleash bloody hell on the northern monkeys. I for one wouldn't be too sad to see those northern monkeys dumped into The Championship that's for sure. And how will The Arsenal unleash hell on the trotters well they will be without the usual sicknote waving shenanigans of Eduardo and Tomáš Rosický. Obviously our thoughts go out to Eduardo and lets face it he will be out for about a year, I think the Crozilian being back by Christmas is being very optimistic. But is it me or has anyone noticed how perennial sicknote waving Tomáš Rosický's name suits him? Still don't see it? OK try this Tomáš RoSICKY? OK I am very bored there's no stories out there and at this rate I'll be writing about Billy Gallas having no mates at The Arsenal like how the Daily Mirror and Daily Mail have been. Don't worry Gooners not even I could stoop that low. So where were we? Injuries. On the list we can now add potential Arsenal player of the year Bacary Sagna as well who will be sitting out the next three weeks which is really bad news as we get to the business end of the season. So that's the injuries dealt with, a bit shorter than usual as Robin van Persie isn't occupying one of the treatment tables.

So who will Le Gaffer Arsène Wenger OBE play? What with Sagna out the smart money is on Emmanuel Eboué replacing the French star and moving back to right back. But who will be flying up the right wing is anyone's guess, Wenger is a stubborn man and it remains to be seen whether he will give Theo Walcott a start on the right wing. If I had my way I would begrudgingly put Justin Hoyte at right back, Theo at right wing and Eboué anywhere but the first team. I rate Eboué a better player than Hoyte but such is my dislike for him and his antics I would rather Hoyte get a round out and try and prove himself worthy of having the spot. What with the Champions League match up against Liverpool on Wednesday Wenger could surprise a few people with refreshing the team and resting a couple of players what with Abou Diaby, Johan Djourou and Alex Song back in contention - however he probably wont as we really need three points. I would play Cesc Fabregas and Mathieu Flamini for 60/70 minutes try and get them game won and then give them a rest. As well as that I would consider giving Emmanuel Adebayor a breather as well and play Nicky Big Bollocks instead, as Adebayor hasn't looked like scoring in recent weeks and isn't the same player he was just a month ago. Some people have cited ego, attitude problem, confidence and even change of hairdresser as a problem, a suggest a rest to see how he responds to that. The whole team have been woeful recently even the 'untouchables' of Cesc Fabregas and Alex Hleb, so I wouldn't lay all the blame at the size 14 feet of Adebayor. But bottom line he for one does need a breather.

Seeing that you're asking, my team line up would be this.

                   Almunia

Hoyte  Gallas  Touré  Clichy

Walcott  Fabregas  Flamini Hleb

              van Persie

               Bendtner

Didier Drogba
This guy is seriously getting on my nerves now. Every-fucking-time he does it to The Arsenal. I can't wait for him to be flogged to AC Milan in the summer. The Drog showed the difference in strikers as he stole the show and Adebayor didn't even show up. I'm not going to knock Adebayor but if he thinks he is the dogs bollocks he needs to be consistent and with that I don't mean consistently inconsistent. But that aside Drogba is really winding me up now, will you stop scoring against the Arsenal - FFS!

S0, Drogba, you've been murked and you're this weeks tools of the week.
