By the time Saturday's match was all said and done, I honestly didn't even care about the result, like a lot of people seem to be saying. I feel so sorry for Eduardo. I was so bummed about the whole thing that I didn't really follow the rest of the weekend's action, nor did I get involved in listening to any of the post-match banter—Wenger's or otherwise. I hope like hell he'll return one day, and with any luck it'll galvanize the team like nothing else. The seriousness was immediate, as Cesc was seen with his head in his hands and Adebayor was praying. Lost in all this horror was Theo's brace, and a performance from the youngster that we've all been waiting to see for a long time.
But East Lower's right: Raise your next glass to Eduardo da Silva. The man has been a loyal servant during his short time at the club and made the most of what's no doubt been a difficult adaptation between countries, leagues, and even his position.
So I hope the team can bounce back as Arsenal play host to Aston Villa on the weekend. Right now, however, poor Eduardo's still at the front of my mind. Best of luck to the man called Dudu—who's been anything but this season.

We're joining an ever growing list of well wishers for Crozilian hitman Eduardo who got maimed by northern monkey Birmingham City player Martin Taylor. A couple sites have the photos, I suggest you go to them if you want to see the damage, I wont be showing that sort of x-rated material on my show. Eduardo has spoken about the incident and we all hope he has a speedy recovery.
Best wishes Fast Eddie - from all at Allgoonerdup.
OK, competition time again folks and your chance to win a fantastic Manu Adebayor (without the Olympic dive) inspired t-shirt. All you need to do to win this fine bit of clobber is tell us this. When did Le Gaffer splash the cash to get the big Togo forward to these shores? Easy isn't it?
Send your answers, name and postal address plus your choice of t-shirt, colour and size to:

Spurs win the world cup : Er oh sorry - given the scenes at Wembley I thought Spurs had won the World Cup. Pikey Keane was crying, the other players were jumping around, the chav fans were all amongst it and celebrating as if they had lifted the biggest trophy known in football. However it appears it was the Carling Cup the pikey N17 chavs had won. Oh well I guess the handy man down at Shite Hart Lane has something to stick in the trophy cabinet alongside all them cobwebs... That's your lot, we out of here, au reviour mon amis...
